Key Achievements
Managed the design, programming, review, and delivery of a project for a healthcare client comprising 25 discreet mini-courses. Marshalled resources to ensure on-time delivery and maintained open lines of communication with over 7 SMEs to ensure that assignments and assessments adhered to industry best practices and CDC guidance.
Designed and developed sales associate training for new product lineup in the home appliance sector for one of the largest private companies in the nation. Tailored the look and feel to mesh seamlessly with national brand standards and developed interactive, branching scenarios to simulate real customer conversations.
Managed instructional designers, interns, and outside contractors on client projects. Reviewed work to assure that it met brand standard and seamlessly integrated with existing client material.
Designed process to ensure the accurate translation of 30 courses into multiple languages including Spanish and French.
Participant objective mastery increased 50% after 3 months of targeted instruction from benchmark assessment data 2 years in a row.
Designed and developed original online curriculum for new animal fosters and adopters for a nonprofit, 503(c) organization.
